Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!

I got the confirmation on my table at the Craft show:) I am very excited for the show! Today i tried the chocolate cupcakes with homemade caramel filling and buttercream icing. So far the icing i had on the cherry filled cupcakes was a bigger hit. I also managed to get some Oreo cookies made.

So i did a trial batch of my Sweet Surprises cupcakes. The one in the picture is the chocolate with cherry filling. They are mighty tasty:) Stay tuned for more pictures.( this is just a trial run, the ones i sell will be prettier:)

Hello, and welcome to Sweet Surprises. I am starting up my own baking venture. My specialties are Homemade Oreo cookies, fudge, and Sweet Surprises cupcakes. Why are they called Sweet Surprises you may ask? Well, inside each cupcake has a "surprise" center. There are Chocolate cupcakes with caramel centers, or mint centers, or cream centers. There will be white cupcakes with lemon or cherry filling.I am in the process of getting a table at the Country Christmas Craft show at the Exhibition in Lethbridge November 28-29th, i hope to see you there.
