Christmas orders

Thought i would let you all know that i am taking orders for Christmas baking. For those who don't have time, or just don't want to do it, i am here to take the load off. I can do the cupcakes, homemade oreos, or chewy gingersnaps. Leave me a message if you are interested. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Craft show!

This weekend is the Country Christmas Craft show at the Exhibition. It will be the 28th and 29. I have been baking up a storm and am getting really excited to sell my products this weekend. I will have my cupcakes, oreo cookies and FUDGE! Yummy! My table is near the back of the show on the left wall (i think anyways:)) Hope to see you there.

Cake for my moms birthday.

Today was my moms birthday, so my dad asked me to make a cake. I did a chocolate cake, with whipped cream and fresh strawberry center, whipped cream for the icing, and Kiwis to top it all off. SOO tasty:) Oh and my table is booked for the craft show!

Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!

I got the confirmation on my table at the Craft show:) I am very excited for the show! Today i tried the chocolate cupcakes with homemade caramel filling and buttercream icing. So far the icing i had on the cherry filled cupcakes was a bigger hit. I also managed to get some Oreo cookies made.

So i did a trial batch of my Sweet Surprises cupcakes. The one in the picture is the chocolate with cherry filling. They are mighty tasty:) Stay tuned for more pictures.( this is just a trial run, the ones i sell will be prettier:)

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Sweet Surprises. I am starting up my own baking venture. My specialties are Homemade Oreo cookies, fudge, and Sweet Surprises cupcakes. Why are they called Sweet Surprises you may ask? Well, inside each cupcake has a "surprise" center. There are Chocolate cupcakes with caramel centers, or mint centers, or cream centers. There will be white cupcakes with lemon or cherry filling.I am in the process of getting a table at the Country Christmas Craft show at the Exhibition in Lethbridge November 28-29th, i hope to see you there.
